Yoga and writing

I obtained an English degree from King's College London and have a distinction in journalism from the London School of Journalism.

I have written about yoga for over 2 years now, writing for YogaLondon, one of the largest yoga teacher training schools in Europe, and Yogamatters, the respected online yoga equipment retailer. I have also written for Omyoga magazine and Iyengar Yoga News.

I love writing and also have a parenting blog.

Feel free to browse some of my yoga articles.
