The Christmas half term starts 6 November and runs for 7 weeks till the 18 December. Classes start back up again on 8 January 2026.
This General class is suitable for all levels of yoga experience.
It is preferred that classes are booked in blocks of half terms. However, drop-in classes are available at an increased price.
Classes will be held at The Crystal Palace Osteopathic Practice on Westow Street. The studio will adhere to Covid regulations.

This class is an hour and fifteen minutes and runs from 9:45 to 11 am. This class is half-termly, which means that we break for half-term holidays and school holidays.
