Winter Workshop - SATURDAY 29 NOVEMBER, 12 - 2PM
Yoga workshops are a great way to go deeper into your yoga practice. This general yoga workshop is a 2-hour class, which will include plenty of warm up poses, some challenging poses (with variations for those who need them) and a nice, long cooldown. My yoga workshops are also about creating community, and there is time at the end to discuss the workshop while enjoying a choice of herbal teas and homemade cake.

The class is an hour and 15 minutes, from 6 - 7:15pm. Running every week this class is conducted on Zoom. Once you’ve paid, please email me for the Zoom link, and to let me know if you’ve done yoga before or not.
If you know you’d like to do the classes on a weekly basis, please pay for 4 classes at a time to avoid having to pay every week - just add 4 classes to the basket at a time.
