Autumn term starts on the 2 September and runs for 8 weeks till the 21 October. The Christmas half term starts on the 4 November and runs for 7 weeks till the 16 December.

This General class is suitable for all levels of yoga experience.

It is preferred that classes are booked in half term blocks, but drop-in classes are available, at an increased cost.

Classes will be held at The Crystal Palace Osteopathic Practice on Westow Street. The studio will adhere to Covid regulations.
