The second half of the summer term runs for 7 weeks from Tuesday 2 June to Tuesday 21 July with a one week break on 30 June when I am away on a yoga intensive.

This General class is suitable for all levels of yoga experience.

It is preferred that classes are booked in half term blocks, but drop-in classes are available, at an increased cost.

Classes will be held at The Crystal Palace Osteopathic Practice on Westow Street. The studio will adhere to Covid regulations.
